I won a claim against the company I use to work for.The suit was filed against (fictitious names) Joe S. and C Cab company.Igot partial satisfaction by putting an execution on a bank account but was unable to fully recover because the owner of C Cab had nothing left.(Drug addict , even sold his $8000.00 van for $50.00).All he had was the phone number of the company. I went to work for another company whos owner knew the owner of C Cab and bought the phone line from him.( The phone line is essentially the business). The new owner knew that the owner of C Cab owed not only myself but many others. Can I open a new claim to try to get the balance of what is owed me from the new company? The new company still uses the phone line of C cab and profits from it. I had a falling out with the owner of the new company and I didnt want to pursue anything until I knew we were no longer on good terms.

I could really use some help here!!!! please!!?

Investigate further regarding the new company, it can be possible that the same was adjunct to the C Cab, thus may be attacked directly in a separate proceeding.
Upon learning that the new company was closely-related to C Cab, you can pierce the veil of corporate personality of the new company and consequently can have your unsatisfied judgment claim filed therein.
