:confused:I would like to know if a collection has the right to garnish my bank account...I am a 60 year old woman who is unable to work anymore, and I draw a widows benefit from the VA from my husbands death..My bank account also has my roommates name on the account..I was suppose to go to court today, but I talked to legal aid and they sent me a paper to file the day after court..My problem is, that it will cost $25.00 to file it..My question is, "Do I need to file this paper?"
