ok here is my situation-my wifes grandma got cancer and was very close to dieing,she had a few cars that were going to be sold before she passed,and i bought one of them.i bought a chevy blazer and my wife and i flew up to denver with one way tickets and purchased the truck from her mother.we went and signed the back of the title and she said she was going to have it certified and mail it back to me.we drove the vehicle home with a bill of sale and a copy of the title,i got locked up about two weeks after we got back and when i was locked up my wifes mother fly down to my town and paid a locksmith to make her a new key and stole my truck while i was in jail.i only had the truck less then three weeks and the title and bill of sale was in the glove box,therefore i dont have this anymore.in the mean time the grandma died and i never had time to give the title to the state so it has not been transferred over in my name yet,but i signed the back of the title.now her mom had died and she still has my truck hidden in a locked gate.also now she cant get a lost title cuz then the state wouls see they are issuing a new title to someone who is dead.she cant take the title in cuz i am on the back of the title.i do have some emails about the truck,pics of the truck in my back yard,copies of the one way plane tickets,and my wife said she would testify for me too.what i need to know is how can i get my truck back,or at least sue for what i paid her.my wife wired her the money and we have copies of that also through her bank.can i call in the truck stole,cuz wont the police ask for proof that the truck is where it is,and they will see i am on the back of the title and he is not?what can i do,i REALLY need my truck or the money.i just had twins and the reason i bought it cuz i needed something without a car note.and help would be appreciated
