I would like to know if a car dealer can take back a car after all the paperwork was signed? I took the car home had car for a week and then the dealer calls had us come down to have us sign a paper. But once we got there they said that the loan wasnt approved and we had to give the car back. Can they really do that?

They can illegally do that. On your part, you can legally file a case against them for possible breach of contract and for damages. Better consult an attorney for an in depth advice.

Every state has lemon laws on the books to protect the consumer from car dealers trying to pawn off bad cars on an unsuspecting buyers.

Car dealers realize that most people will complain, but then never do anything about it because they are embarrassed about getting duped.

My advise is don't be a victim and take the time to follow the procedures the state outlines to get your money back.

It will take more time than it is worth financially but in the end, you will feel better.
