A friend has lived with a woman for several years. He started paying the mortgage payment, taxes, and other bills. He decided that if he was to continue he wanted a way to get something out of the money he put into the property. She put his name on the deed but not on the mortgage. After a couple of years he now wants to move out but she won't give him money or sell the property. He is ready to walk away. What if he does not get his name off of the deed? What kind of financial responsibility does he have?:confused:
