My exhusband and I have joint custity of our children. In the divorce decree one child is to reside with him and one child resides with me. I will be getting married in the fall and my husband will be tranfering to Guam the following year. I need to get a passport for my child that lives with me but, my exhusband will not sign for it. Is there any thing I can do to get a passport for my child with out him signing.:confused:
