I have a 2 month old son in the states temporary custody and I was wondering if they can keep us from leaving state when there is no court order stating that we have to stay in new mexico. My husband has a job waiting for him in kansas and we had mentioned it to them and they didnt seem interested that he could have a job and a steady place to live. Anyone that can help please do I miss my son and want him out of new mexico asap.:(
