Hello I rented a room in a house in GA and sign a lease for 10 months. After moving out my lanlord refuse to give me back my deposit for no reason. i left the house in perfect condition we had no issues during my entire stay I had payed my entire rent in full in one check. But now she is not responding to my calls, messages or emails. I think i'm being fraud what should I do? what are my rights in GA?
