I got served paper naming me in a lawsuit where my mom's boyfriend's dog attack a women. I don't own the dog or the land it was probate at the time of the attack. there's also a few lies in the paper work. she said that the has attack someone else's before which is on true and that she lawfully entered the house which is false. she never knock she just walk in. what are my rights also i singed a waiver to sign the land over to mother before the attack and some its still in probate but once i sign that waiver shouldnt i have been done with it
