There are wills you can by on line but remember to get one that is relevant to your state. Each State deals with Probate in a different way

Dear Sir or MadamThank you again for the information. Account of the deseased will be frozen. My question is - if there are 3 account holders, and only one dies -in inheritance of the deseased will be included only 1/3 of the money in the bank?Kind regards By the way soundtaxi (soundtaxi.org) has Christmas promotion open yet. That is a must have deal for tons of multimedia features available in their software pack

I think you should be very sceptical about buying Wills online. These could have been written by anyone and you do not necessarily know the source. A will is a legally binding contract and therefore exceptionally important. It clearly states exactly how and to whom you want your estate divided up into.
Writing a Will is a very important process and one which should require your full attention. In order to protect your family and friends, you should really contact a professional to aid you with it. It is only legally binding once a solicitor has signed it, so it would make sense to let them aid in the writing of it also.
In my opinion you should invest in making sure your posessions are correctly distributed once you pass on, if not for yourself, but for the loved ones you leave behind.
