We had a fence installed on our property last February and the fence is now starting to fall down - due to the fact that the holes were not dug and not enough cement was used to hold the posts.
According to the proposal from the company that installed the fence it says 100% Workmanship Guaranteed.
Does this mean that he has to come back and fix the problem?
I've tried to contact him and he promised to come out and he never did now he just won't respond to any e-mails at all.
Any suggestions???
