I would like to no if anyone knows about town laws ,We have a law in town ,all dogs must be on leash or in a pen ,we have complained to town council and mayer nothing gets done,people have been chased ,I have had dogs growl at me and my grandchild in our own yard, We are taking around a petition right now to take to the board and it has a lot of names on it ,Can we force the town to uphold there own law ,,or can we sue them and make them ,,,,,,Please help before a child gets bit ,,,,,,
