I have moved to this house 6 month ago. All i have issues . 1st the lease was done by the realeastate agent and she claims she is the manager of the property based on contract between her and the owner . Iasked her more then one time to give me a copy of that contract but she refused. The Ac hasn't been working for 15 days she has been notified from 1st day verbal and certified . The tempretaure outside 100 she has been playing all kind of games not to fix the Ac because it needs replacement.The gutter felt on my wife injured her back she didn't even care to fix. Am i stuck to this lease or i can get out and sue the agent please reply.
