Need Legal Advice!!!

I was wandering if anyone can help me? My uncle passed in 1988 and he had no children. He always took care of me as if I was his child. He had a house and other property and I was told he had a WILL but his sister tore it up and she and her sisters sold the property. How can I find out if the property was suppose to go to me. It was rumors that she tore the Will up because it had my name on the property and at the time I was a child. Can someone please give me advice on what to do?

The only way you could find this information out is to contact the legal company who dealt with the will and who witnessed the signing of it. They would have a record of it and able to find out if there was a will. The only thing you may struggle with is being allowed to view the contents.

Unfortunately, unless you contact them, you won't be able to find this information out.
