I received a wage lien notice from the state of va that i currently owe past state taxes and they have submitted a wage lien to my employer. I have contaced the original creditor and was advised to contact the agency that has my file after doing so i was advised that i could not make payment arrangements with them due to a the wage lien has been submitted. are there any other options that i may to dealing with the agency to assist me with any other option for an arrangement before garnish my wages, and can they garnish my whole check I now reside in the state of california? thank you
