Does anybody know what the legality is on non-alcoholic beverages(NA Beer).I received a ticket for an open container of non-alcoholic beer and cant figure it out.I D is not required to purchase it.It has no government warning like regular beer regarding birth defects and other health issues.It contains 'less than .5% alcohol' (in new york you would have to drink about 20 of them in one hour to be approaching impairment).Help!!!
