Hi, Thank in advance for any responces. I was ripped off by a company claiming to hire Veterans for overseas work. They have also ripped off many others. I am taking them to court in a couple of weeks and have a few questions.
Can I be reinbursed for the time I left my job and thought they were hiring me?
Can I sue for things like my time investagating them and making hundreds of phone calls?
I have placed many ads online to see how many other victims of the same scam are out there. I have contacted many and have gotten statements from them. I also have in writing the companys false offers. Any thing else I need? Thanks
