my fianace found out first wife never filed all divorce papers, earlier this year, they have been seperated for over 16 yrs.He has remarried and divorce, for a second time. He has children with both wives, he has 17 year old with first wife she let him see for the first time this past may, since he was a baby , he has asked about seeing him in past,and was told no, he asked her if she need money again no, asked for photos of him she said no, want to know if can she still get child support after all these years. he is 18 in a year.:confused: please help
