I own a construction company, incorporated. I did a job a year ago for a customer. No matter what I did they couldn't be pleased. now they have filed a cival suit personally nameing me aka/ DBA. decksellent construction inc. for faulty work seeking reimbursement. Aren't I protected personally being corporation? Should I file a motion to dismiss based on such? I need the statute for such in Pennsylvania
