i want to get divorced and we both agree , we don't have kids , im already with someone else and im pregnant from him, i hear people saying that my husband(ex) can take my baby away from me because we're married even thought the baby it's not his? please answer me

i am no legal expert, but if you and your husband have both agreed that you want a divorce and that the child you are pregnant with is not his child i cannot see why he would take the child away or how, but it is always best to seek expert legal advice from a local lawyer or solicitor in this situation, because not doing so can sometimes be more disastrous
