I bought a house a year ago on 3 acres of land and it already had a garage/guest room on the property 59 -60 feet away from the main house in great condition. Can the county stop me from allowing a visitor to stay in it (does it matter what length). Is there grandfather law that covers me?
Also, is there a law or code that states how many R.V. s with family or friends can visit me and stay on my property for a short or long length of time ? My property can not be seen from the road and it is not in a sub-division. This is for the state of Georgia in Cherokee County. I need to know what law or code is behind your answer.
