I own a home that got forclosed on for taxs owed the town sent a registered return reciept notice of forclosure to the bank who sighned for the letter but did not respond . Now the bank has no lien on the property now owned by the town. The town has given me a repurchase agreement. Does the bank have a leg to stand on with thier loan?
