Have a situation with our decree of dissolution with regards to the house. The decree reads

"Twenty percent (20%) of the net proceeds of the sale of the real property located at Vancouver,wa. Such real property should be sold within seven years of the date of this decree for its then fair market value and wifes interest shall expressly include the value of all post decree in equity. Husband shall maintain the property in such a manner as to not result in the waste of the asset."

A few months after the decree he refinanced without my knowledge. I was given no paperwork to review, sign or even verify value to ensure I was getting paid correctly. Title called and told me I had a check to come pick up and I didnt even need to sign for that. That was the only information I was given. He still has not sold the house and is attempting another refinance and they are telling me I need to sign a quit claim deed and that I have no rights to the property. Is this correct? I assumed I still had some rights until he sold the property or we agreed to other terms.

Ultimately I guess I want to know if, I HAVE to sign the Quit Claim Deed? If so were my rights in violation by them refusing to give me any paperwork to review on the first refinance
