My daughter was parked by her friends house a cop tourned on his lights and had her get out of the car. He tested her friend with a breath alcohol test then had her blow into the same one. She blew 0.020 She got a ticket. My daughter is not a drinker and I'm not being naive I belive her. My husband was there because it was right across the street from our house. He saw everything. He ask the the officer for a blood test and the officer refused. We took my daughter to the ER for a blood test they would not do it with out an officer present. We had a drug testing company come and perform another breath test it was performed 55 miniutes after the officer and was 0.000. First she was not doing anything to get breath tested and second they refuse to blood test her can we fight this.
