Is there anything wrong with taking general text, or general idea, from other company's Privacy Policies and/or Terms of Service policies and rewording/rewriting them to make them fit your own company/service?
Do policies such as these need to be confirmed, approved, or substantiated in anyway by a legal provider before they are considered valid? Or can companies develop their own policies and use them as they see fit without legal services?
