my friend husband is now living in U.S. as green card holder,she is being warn by her husband to cut the monthly allowance and will not talk to them anymore,they are legally married here in philippines and her husband already filed a petition to them to migrate in u.s but my friend is not interested now because she feels that she is being violated domestically,because her husband has brutally said to him all the things he gave to his family and especially to my friend. Is she has a right to ask or petition to us embassy to deport his husband here in philippines.What if she found out that all this things happens because his husband has another woman??what is her legal battle about this???pls comment and need your advice..it will be great to my friend if she found solution to this matters thanks a lot.
