I work at the Bellagio as a poker dealer, a drunk guy at the table spit in my face, I immediately called for the floor man to step in, who was less than 5 feet away, yet he did nothing. The attacker was able to head over to the cage to cash out without any sort of recourse, I went to confront him, if for no other reason to detain him from getting away. I feel that the Bellagio was negligent in allowing the player the continue playing while intoxicated, allowing incompetent floor people to work the floor that allow this sort of thing go on. I am currently suspended pending investigation, during this time I am without pay, is there something that can be done or am I looking at just having to take this injustice without any recourse?
