:confused:My husband was given a ticket in West Virginia on Nov 2007 for having an expired inspection sticker. Now ten months later the department of motor vehicles is wanting to suspend his license and take our truck tags for 30 days unless we can prove we had insurance at that time. The ticket wasn't even for no insurance. Can they take his license and plate we only have 10 days to respond any help is appreciated. Thanks!
