Non-disclosure Agreement

I have a friend that has been through a divorce. At the same time he was involved in a start-up company. The problem is that his wife signed a non-disclosure agreement with the company. now she is asking for the company!! Can I sue the wife on the merit of the non-disclosure agreement? do to the fact she has no vestment in the company.
If so what legal form would I file and to what court?
