Short Sale Offer

I'm going to make an offer on a short sale property. I understand the banks can take a significant amount of time to approve these. I'd like to include a provision in the offer that will allow me to pull my offer, upon notice, if the bank sits on it to long. Your thoughts?

Can someone help me word this provision?
