There is a single mother who lives near me in a trailer park. She is struggling as is everyone these days are. Our Landlord just told her she has until summer to move her trailer because it is and older trailer. There are alot of other older trailers here also. She don't have the money to move it or to relocate. All he wants to do is replace her trailer with a new one or a double wide so he can either sell it or rent it out to make more money. He has done this other times. He tells the people either buy a newer trailer, Put a peak on it or move it out. Some of these trailers have been in here for 30+ years. She is in tears because she doesn't know what to do. If she can't afford to have the trailer moved he told her she would have to pay to have it torn down and hauled away. Either way he wants it out of there to make way for one of his new trailers or double wides so he can rent it out or sell it to make more money.I don't think it is fair.
