Ive been working for a Taxi Cab Co. as a taxi Driver. They lease out the cab for 350.00 a week and you choose your own hours. i was given alot of advice to get a cell phone and get your own clients and was getting ready to do this to be sure i get business, by other Cab drivers. I had to work seven days a week 6 pm to supposedly 6 am, but because at 2 am the Bars closed and there was little or no business i usually went hime between 2:30 and 3:30. At the end of 2 weels working these hours nonstop and was very exhausted i felt that taking a week off was necessary. After the second week i took off I was approached by the Leasing agent and was told i can no longer drive the cab because i took those weeks offto recouperate because "he could not find someone to drive the cab for 1 week out of the month". so he told me not to come back......................Could he do this????
I was out of work for 6 months before i got this job!
