My son has now gotten 3 speeding tickets within the past month. He has even got the police on video phone where they are following him. The police even told my son they were going to watch for his car. This last time they followed him to our driveway and pulled in and after a few minutes she put her lights on before looking in a book to find something on him. After talking with another officer she gave him a reckless driving ticket. Two of these tickets the officer stated a off duty police man said he was going 60 and 70 over the speed. I feel this may be harassment because my son would not go undercover for the police to catch drug dealers in our town. This is when things started to happen.

First off, I am NOT a lawyer. But then, what I'm about to say isn't really legal advice.

What I would suggest is that he get a cheap digital video camera, and mount it in the car somewhere behind the driver's seat so that it records the road out the windshield as well as the speedometer on the dash.

Also, any time that there is an "incident", as soon as possible afterwards type up a report on the computer detailing date, time, road, direction of travel, and every last detail of what happened and what was said by all sides.

I may not be a lawyer, but I HAVE had my fair share of dealings with thuggish cops (I've been on the local police harassment list for roughly 10 years now, all because I wouldn't shut up about seeing a cop brutalizing an unresisting suspect. :( )

Ive done a few missions for the bandits, but now whenever I visit the police, the quest-giving dude says:"ENEMY ALERT Attack"What do I have to do in order to recieve missions from him?
