Can monies owed by my husband, a debt incurred prior to our marriage
with a relative in his former business abroad, (that has
been dissolved for several years now), be attached as a lien to our
home via a lawsuit from Italy, if the home is owned
solely by me, having been purchased by me more than 10 years prior to the marriage? :confused:
