:eek: I know this may be a boring question but if u coudl take a few minutes to help me if u have the answer i would appreciate it soooo much. Ive been divorced 12 years with shared custody & i residential. My ex hasnt seen the kids in about 1 yr now, no contact what so ever, no child support either, i dont even know where he is, so im going to file to change the order and request i be given full custody, what my question is, if i file and go to the hearing, and my ex is a no show, (even if he knwos about the hearing he wont show as he has 3 warrants out for violating my protection order against him) do i automatically get my request granted? I live in Colorado if that helps, please PLEASE anyone who knows, let me know!!!
