I have a soon to be 12 year old son, and his father is harrassing, stalking, and threating me. He is a very unstable man and use to be in counseling for anger management problems. In our divorce papers it states that we are to provide a stable enviroment for him and not talk bad about the other parent in front of him. Well mr. ex is telling my son that I don't love him, my friends are more important than he is and so on. It has gotten so bad that I have had to put my son in counseling. He doesnt want to go to his dads and hasnt for along time. Mr. ex is now threating to take me to court to try and get full custody of my son. Mr. ex also has a drinking problem. He was suppose to get my son this weekend after school on friday till sunday night at 6:00, well he never showed after he was an hour late I called him at home then on his cell and left a message to find out where he was. I even checked my email. I never received a call back or anything just a no show. So I need to know who should I contact for I want visitation supervised, and he is in contempt of our divorce agreement. I do not want to get into any trouble but I am not letting my son go back over there until he gets help, for I feel it is in the best interest of my son. My son has even said he has been afraid of his dad at times and told the counsler this. I feel my son has been through enough mental abuse and its time for it to stop. Concerned mom in Ohio.
