Car sales of Estates

Hello, I bought a car 3 months ago from a woman whose brother passed away and she was left in charge of his estate. When I purchased the car she told me that her estate lawyer had the title and would send it to me as soon as he recieved the check.
I also spoke with this lawyer who agreed with what the woman has told me.
3 days later the lady calls me and tells me that the title is still "caught up" in the estate and she cannot send it until the problem is solved. I again called the lawyer and he would not tell me what the problem is but it would take less than a month. well, it has been more than a month and still no title. I found out that the title is now registered in the womans name and not in the estate of her brother.
Last night this woman calls me to tell me that she recieved a bill from her lawyer because, I called asking questions and expects me to pay that money for the lawyer. She state she still has no idea how long it will take for me to recieve the title but she will not release it until I pay the $25 for the lawyer fee.
I have been in possession of this car the whole 3 months but am unable to drive it due to no title!!!! What can I do?
