i went to court oct. 21st for the citation of minor with BAC .05% or greater cvc 23140. at the moment i plead not guilty in order to go to trial and try to lessen the charge. well i returned to trial earlier today and the officer did not show. everybody else who had an officer not show up got the case dismissed. i however was rescheduled for next week. could there be a loophole in my case now that i have to be postponed again. also i am going to question the calibration of the PAS device because i was screened twice and i blew a .049% the first time and a .051% the second time. could there be something for me to work with. any info will definitely be appreciated. thank you.
