Processing Fee (Europe to USA)

I took money from an account in Greece.
A BANK CHECK was given to me in US dollars as requested (not in Euro's).
Should I be charged a processing fee of $100 when the check is deposited into my USA account?

Its not a wire transfer.
There is no exchange rate from foreign currency exchanged to USA currency.

Well I know too, and it isnt this...If I get 1300, I am getting a 24 inch dell widescreen yes, dell... They do make good displays, and 2 8800gts.Well I probably will end up doing this anyways... I would never spend 1300 on a processor that is only a little better than a processor that is a quarter of the price... I am sure that you could OC a q6600 to well within this processors performance range. The only thing that could make a huge difference is the L2 cache, but apparently the performance is only a little better than the qx6850.
