Is there anything I can do to my landlord legally he hasn't fixed a thing in 3 years, he was told the roof was leaking month's ago and did nothing now there is green and black mold in the closetand my stuff is ruined. He also went as far as cutting into the gasline I pay for to heat an apartment he made in the basement 9 months ago and I've been paying for their gas for nine month's. This man shows up here everyday but never does a thing and enough is enout. What if anything can I do to this guy leagally isn't cutting into the gasline putting my children and family at danger ? What if something went wrong and the house blew ?? Please I can't take anymore of this man what can I do ??
