When taking someone to small claims court for a broken agreement/contract do you list the name of the company or the owner as the defedant, or is it both? This company is not INC but are a franchise.
Also, are emails admissable in the court of law in the place of a contract when they show that you were hired for an engagement and then cancelled leaving the group no time to re-book another engagement.
