I Was Out On Medical Leave. When I Left My Job Due To Medical Leave-broke My Leg And Ankle. When I Return To Work, My Hours Were Taking From Me And Given To Another Worker. I Was Full Time When I Left Now I Am Part Time. They Gave My Hours To Prn/part Time Person . My Question Is This Is Legal? And What Can I Do About This?
