In the year of 1999- 2000 and a woman is already married, and went to one of these priest doing weddings out of there home.And the woman married again,after the ceremony,the priest gives you a document to mail in with 13.00$ dollars to the county recorders office. if the document from the priest was never mailed in is the marriage still legal 7 years later?
