My boyfriend is a first time offender.He is being charged with assulting and abducting me in our home. Will he be able to get the charges dropped if he never hit me and the neighbor called the sheriff not me, and I was able to leave my home at free will. My boyfrined was not here when the sheriff came. They later picked him up from his mom home.:confused:
