My daughter has just been sent home from work at an insurance firm where she has worked for 1 year..$3000 has come up missing and they are blaming her and want her to take a lie detector .. at least 10 people have access to the cash drawer that the funds vanished from. She feels victimized .. Her employer said that she was the last one hired at this firm and they had never had any problems like this before.. He sent her home on what he called " administrative leave without pay" and that if she passed a lie detector she would be re-instated with pay.. SHE DIDN'T take this money and is very upset about being the only one at the firm to be accused. What legal rights does she have in this matter..
