My soon-to-be-ex wife and I agreed that I would move into one of our rental units so we could be apart, since our relationship is deteriorating to the point where we have a hard time getting along at all.
in late December she showed me the letter she was delivering to the renters telling them we would not be renewing their month-to-month lease in January so i could move in. But then I found out a few days before I was to move in that she rented it to a new family and signed a 6 mo lease with them without telling me.
Can anyone tell me what my options are for getting rid of those renters before their lease is up? I live in Seattle, WA and this rental is in unincorporated King County. I am the primary borrower in the mortgage but she is also listed on in.
