Wrote checks on wifes account

I am a legally married 38 yr old man whos wife has complete control of all our assets. The house, bank account, even my checks! I guess you could say I get a weekly allowance. Anyway she went out of town for a couple of weeks and I was running really low on funds. So I wrote about $200.00 worth of checks. Which I planned paying them all back this coming friday on my payday. Only thing is the account is in her name and I signed her name to the checks. Is this a felony charge? Because she is definately going to press charges! What options do I have?
