My brother married a woman less than a year ago and they are already talking about divorce, she keeps threatening him with everything she plans to take from him in the divorce. My one question is this....If the marriage is less than a year old, and my brother has been teaching for over 20years, and has contributed to his retirement account for the entire 20years, is she entitled to any of the account? He resides in Texas, a community property state, they have no children, no assets to divide and no property. I desperately need some one to answer this question because right now he can't even sleep at night thanks to this woman.
