I'm a EU citizen who's currently working with a temporary post in an international agency in London. Work environment is very stresfull and competitive and I can feel very often under pressure with depriving tasks or unrealistic and overwhealming duties so I had to take off around 10 days since my start here in October 2008 (either as sick leave or as day off). Now, this is allowed by my contract, but my boss is threatening me to report this to the HR personnel and that she wants to fire me. Again, taking two days off every month is part of my entitlement as from contract so I was wondering if she can do that and fire me. Please, let me know your thoughts about this. Regards, CT
