Filed bankruptcy (chp.7 no lawyer) and was discharged on 12/24/08. We were reaffirming our vehicle. The auto company never sent in the reaffirm papers to court. What is the current status for this creditor on the discharge? Is it considered just a normal discharge. Can they come for the money now?
